Partnership for Children: Data Management Work Group

The Data Management Work Group is charged with data collection and analysis for the Partnership to inform our service delivery and identify areas for improvement.  For their work, the Partnership has defined data management as partner agency outcomes, outputs and customer feedback information.  The Work Group is further charged with making recommendations to the full Partnership regarding those decisions that have broad or significant impact or implications and reporting to the Partnership on a regular basis about the Work Group’s progress and accomplishment of tasks within agreed upon timelines.

Specifically, the Data Management Work Group will collaborate to:

• Coordinate the collection and analysis of Partner agency outcomes and customer feedback data (consistent with agency and/or program requirements).
• Develop comprehensive, ongoing strategies for data collection and refinement of outcome, output, and customer feedback data to inform and improve Partner agency service delivery.
• Formulate a recommended implementation plan to be shared with the Partnership at designated times for discussion and approval inclusive of presenting information to Partners in an Annual Analysis/Report.
• Identify the resources necessary to implement the developed strategies.
• Collaborate with other Work Groups to measure the effectiveness of their evaluation processes and identify areas for improvements.

As a result of its actions, the Data Management Work Group will increase the effectiveness of the Partnership’s Data Management services and strengthen its efforts to address its priority issues.

Projects/Activities:  collection and analysis of Partner agency data, refining data, annual analysis of impact (for Annual Analysis), develop comprehensive plan for the assessment of customer feedback.
