WILL THE LISTSERV CLOG MY INBOX?
No. Every listserv member may receive posts in one of three ways. The first option--receiving an e-mail each time there is a post--can clog your inbox. However, the second option-- receiving a single daily digest--ensures that you receive no more than one e-mail per day listing each post made that day. The third option--reading the posts on the web page only--keeps the listserv out of your inbox entirely, and lets you decide when you want to read the posts.
WHAT DOES THE LISTSERV DO FOR ME?
Our listserv is intended to supply you with valuable information related to youth and families, including: links to local and national resources, job opportunities, local events and news, publications, and more. The listserv also networks you to others who work and volunteer with youth and families.
WHAT DO I DO FOR C-AYOUTHFAMSERV?
Join. All you have to do is join. We invite you to read the information, to post your own announcements and resources, and to communicate with the members.
WHO KNOWS I'M ON THE LISTSERV?
Only registered members can see who else is on the listserv by going to the listserv website and clicking on Members. Even then, registered members can only see your e-mail address, unless you edit your profile to show more information about you.
